Short Breaks
Short Breaks are not normally available between Easter and September. Outside this period, Weekend Breaks (3 Nights: Sat, Sun, Monday) or Midweek Breaks (4 Nights: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday) are available at 65% of the full week rate.
Important Booking Notes
- 50% Deposit required with booking, remainder required 2 weeks prior to holiday start date.
- Please ring or email first to confirm that the week required is still available.

- Payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless we can re-book that week.
- Please advise number of adults and children in party.
- Sorry but we do not accept pets or single sex groups of adults.
- All cottages are non-smoking.
- Cheques must be payable to 'Smiths Cottages Ltd'. Written confirmation and directions will be sent by return.
